Tutorial :
1. Open FV2
2. Open CE

3. Go to store and buy "Old Wooden Fence" ( but dont place first )
4. Got to CE - change tipe value to "String"
5. First scane " e_deco_fence_dilapidated "
6. Select all Address
7. Change with " e_building_peacock_perch "
8. Back to FV2, buy and place Old Wooden Fence
9. Visit Friend and back home
10. taataaa.... U get Peacock Perch without material!!
